1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
We support the uncensored flow of information but maintain high standards for content. We may remove materials that are illegal or violate this policy and cooperate with legal authorities during investigations.
Our Guidelines:
- Ensure reliable service and network security.
- Comply with existing Indian laws and TRAI regulations.
- Preserve user privacy and system integrity.
2. Account Activation & Anti-Spam
We are for genuine users, NOT spammers. To activate your account, you must provide:
- Two authorized government ID cards (Govt. of India).
- Sample content of intended messages for approval.
Note: Without these documents, accounts cannot be activated, and payments are non-refundable as per our policy.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not publish unlawful or objectionable material. Harm to minors or copyright infringement results in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
4. Pricing & Delivery
Prices depend on telecom operators and may fluctuate. We reserve the right to adjust credits if operator costs increase. Routes include Promotional (non-DND), Transactional (DND active), and high-speed API Gateways.
5. Server Logs
SMS Delivery Reports are stored until Saturday night (9 PM), after which they are deleted for optimization. Users must download reports weekly if needed for records.
6. Legal Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Telangana, India. We are not responsible for any business damages or data loss due to service interruptions or operator failures.
