Cancellation Policy

FreeBulksms.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only for valid technical or service-related reasons. Request for cancellation will not be entertained if the reason is deemed invalid by our audit team.
  • No cancellations are entertained for products obtained during special promotional events (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Summer Business Season). These are limited occasion offers.
  • If you feel the services received are not as described on our site or do not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of service activation.
  • For hardware or third-party services that come with manufacturer warranties, issues must be referred directly to the respective providers.

Refund Policy

Before purchasing our services, we encourage you to read the package features thoroughly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will prioritize upgrading or converting your current package to a more suitable service level.

We take pride in our software and services, which support thousands of businesses globally. For cash refund requests, the following process applies:

  • Our team will verify the volume of services (SMS, Voice, or WhatsApp) already consumed by the customer.
  • Refunds are calculated by deducting the usage count and a standard administrative service fee from the total payment amount.
  • Once a refund is approved, the processing time typically takes 21 working days to reflect in your account.
Note: Refunds are subject to the submission of required KYC documents as mentioned in our Terms of Service. Accounts that fail to provide valid documentation are not eligible for refunds.
